wording in numerous manufacturing functions, from Engineering and
Procurement to Production, Paint and Ship. We have also worked with
numerous suppliers to help them remain profitable, competitive, and as
a trusted and valued partner to their customers.
In addition, we have worked in numerous industries from foundries and
all forms of machining to fabrication and additive manufacturing.
Our credentials
The QCA team includes certified ISO and AWS (welding) quality
inspectors, certified production & inventory control (CPIM) experts,
and experienced engineering & manufacturing best-practice
consultants. We have years of experience helping clients optimize
their “front office”, engineering, production, and quality control
functions.
Our leadership
Erik Nebergall
Erik is managing partner and co-founder of QC Advisors. Erik has
worked in manufacturing for 35+ years, starting his career at
Cincinnati Milacron where he was instrumental in introducing new
technology and streamlining the engineering function and
manufacturing operations. Subsequently, Erik worked for Deloitte as
a management consultant, helping Fortune 100 manufacturers
implement Just-in-Time manufacturing practices. In the ’90s, Erik
formed Meta Marketing, a sales support firm specializing in the
hard-to-sell, and is a thought-leader in selling manufacturing services without discounting and sacrificing sales margins. Erik is certified in Production and Inventory Control CPIM) and is a certified ISO auditor.

QC-Advisors is located in Cincinnati, Ohio, located in the midst of the
